Beth von Undall will visit Games class on 26th of May!

Beth von Undall is a Berlin-based artist and writer, who's practice is embedded in a range of collaborations within art, gaming and tech. Her work is concerned with questions around subjectivity and sexuality in the context of a world enveloped in existential technological transformation. This talk takes a look at different artists’ video-game installations and traces their stylistic lineage through game-dev conventions, while considering the obvious problem with showing video games in exhibition contexts because of the scope of play and time investment.
